MA says last 4 cases dealing with halifax (all of which had atleast 1 applicant who was self employed) they have NOT asked for 3 months statements. If were unsuccessful the plan is too wait for accounts to look abit more healthy!1

Yes send MA everything she requested which was abit long winded. Full application has been sent. MA says she expects to hear back in next 3/4 days and will update me. She has sent payslips, my SA302 form, deposit forms etc but held back my bank statements for now.1

We worked out our 20/21 return this weekend and income has dropped around 15%, which was reassuring for us to see, but I think we'll lean towards Halifax too for a better chance at a smoother ride.0 -
Good luck!! We are delighted all happened very quickly. Our broker was amazing came highly recommended from a family friend. I think if self employed halifax may be the way to go!0
