Payday loans reclaim
Options
I have received one of those letters from Provident referring to their proposed "Scheme of Arrangement". I have recently competed a Debt Management Plan with the Financial Wellness Group. My Provident loan was part of the debt plan along with a number of other Pay Day Lenders. It has taken me about 5 years to clear the DMP along with the subsequent charges.
My questions are as follows:
1. Am I able to take out a claim against these PDL as my financial circumstances at the time could not sustain the pay day loans and I realize they should never have been granted.
2. A number of these PDL's were sold on to other companies or have gone into administration so who do I contact if I wish to make a claim?
3. Am I able to claim for the large amount of administrative charges/fees I paid to the DMP and if so whom can I make a claim against?
Your advice and direction is much appreciated.

1. You can complain about anything you wish.
2. You complain to whoever you believe committed the misdemeanour.
3. You complain to whoever charged you the fees. However, it would be worth checking that you didn't agree to these fees. It;s highly unlikely they were charged without being detailed,1 -
You should probably bear in mind that even if you're successful you're going to get absolute peanuts from this.
Don't go window shopping for a Ferrari any time soon. Maybe window shopping down the Tesco Value aisle...1
