Mortgage Lenders who offer Mortgages on 1 years Self Employed Accounts and SA302?

I am aware Halifax offer mortgages on 1 year Self Employed accounts and have an AIP with them. Are there any other reputable lenders who also offer mortgages on 1 years accounts just so I can compare rates?
Business has been a family business established over 40 years Net Profit on accounts £70000 which is a significant increase on previous accounts held by father.

@philng You're unlikely to find a lender who accepts 1 year accounts and beats Halifax on cost.

You mention an increase in profits.
Don't confuse only having one years trading with having several years trading but only wanting to present the latest.
Suggest you use a Broker rather than risk shooting yourself in the foot.I am a Mortgage Broker

What I mean is the business has been in the family for 40 years & my daughter fiance took over the business from his father around 18 months ago so they have just 1 year accounts in their name.amnblog said:You mention an increase in profits.
