Tenth Anniversary Combo Breaker
in Reclaim mortgage fees, council tax, etc
Hi I have looked at the banding of houses in my area and those that similar or have larger habitable areas are in a lower banding, the problem is that I live in a rural area and none of the house are the same. How do I go about getting evidence that mine should be re-assessed. Also mine is a rental and has never been sold.
Has anyone had any experience win this area.

    Just quote those you believe are similar or larger and in lower bands.
