Mortgage and Existing balance transfer

Hi I cannot find the answer to this question anywhere, I have existing credit cards, with no balances and balance transfer offers. I also have an existing credit card with a balance i am paying interest on. I want to transfer to the card i already hold with the offer on it. Does this impact my credit score? We may be applying for a mortgage to move home in the next 1 - 6 months and i don't want to impact my score, however all answers i can find involve opening a new card (which has a negative impact) which is not what i am doing.
The interest is significant and if we don't apply for a mortgage for 6 months then it will add up.
My credit score is excellent, and we hold an existing mortgage.
