Is it worth for us remortgaging?

Is it worth switching?
Definitely yes! We switched recently with Platform (who I think are Coop) and it was very easy, very quick, especially if you can't be bothered to move banks. We went for the 'no advice' option as we knew exactly which product we wanted. If you go down the advised route, just note that they do have a bit of a wait but definitely switch nonetheless. 4.34% is high at the moment.0 -
We couldn't switch before. We were on ownhome equity scheme. So had to pay that off before even considering it. I spoke to coop and they want proof that we paid our equity loan off first. I thought they get notification or something but on their side, they can't offer any deal apparently without taking that charge off the system. So I will send them the statement with nothing left to pay. Another week looks like.getmore4less said:if you have been on that rate for a year you have already thrown away best part of £1,5000
