Options

Hi guys
After working out my finances via the Stepchange website, it states my options are an IVA or Bankruptcy. I would prefer to declare bankruptcy but it’s so daunting, scary, whatever you want to call it.

I have been as accurate and truthful as I possibly can in regards to income and expenditure.
Can someone give advice on whether anything in my expenditure looks to be to high that an OR would look at question or order the reduction in spending. (Grocery spend is for 2 Adults and 3 kids)

You have no contents insurance, emergency funds, broadband at a glance.0

Also, with 2 adults and children, you need to show household income including any benefits.
Smoking products are not usually allowed, but smoking cessation products are.
How many mobiles? And what are the hobbies? TV Licence appears to be wrong figure?
Will try and find you the link to the usual SOA template0 -

Will try and find you the link to the usual SOA templateThere’s 1 mobile which is mine, on minimum term contract. Hobbies is just the gym membership. Looking at it, the figure is wrong it should read £200
