Adverse Lenders who accept Maintenance income?

Just that, really.
I accept that I’m probably going to be looking at adverse lenders if I’m to get on the ladder soon and I receive £400 per month in maintenance payments that has been paid every month for the last 5 years but it isn’t court ordered.
Are there any adverse lenders who would accept this income, I know that it differs greatly with high street lenders.

@lm1186 'Adverse lenders' encompasses a wide variety of lenders. There are lenders that will consider taking 100% of non-court/non-CSA informal maintenance payments into account, subject to being able to evidence a steady consistent track record of payments and sustainable for a good few years.

Thank you for responding so quickly. That’s great. I think I need to find myself an experienced broker. I’ve been speaking with someone who was recommended to me but, unfortunately, he doesn’t seem to know much about adverse lending.K_S said:@lm1186 'Adverse lenders' encompasses a wide variety of lenders. Is the maintenance child maintenance? If so, how old is the child(ren)?
Generally speaking once they hit 13-15, lenders start dropping out.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Thank you for your response. It is child maintenance and she’s 11 at the moment, 12 this summer. I had been told before that some lenders won’t accept it after 13 years which is why I was hoping to get on the ladder as soon as I can.ACG said:Is the maintenance child maintenance?
