Adverse Lenders who accept Maintenance income?

Just that, really.
I accept that I’m probably going to be looking at adverse lenders if I’m to get on the ladder soon and I receive £400 per month in maintenance payments that has been paid every month for the last 5 years but it isn’t court ordered.
Are there any adverse lenders who would accept this income, I know that it differs greatly with high street lenders.

@lm1186 'Adverse lenders' encompasses a wide variety of lenders. There are lenders that will consider taking 100% of non-court/non-CSA informal maintenance payments into account, subject to being able to evidence a steady consistent track record of payments and sustainable for a good few years.

Thank you for responding so quickly. That’s great. I think I need to find myself an experienced broker. I’ve been speaking with someone who was recommended to me but, unfortunately, he doesn’t seem to know much about adverse lending.

There are experienced brokers such as K_S on this site who can help but they can’t approach you - i’d Suggest popping one of them a message

Is the maintenance child maintenance? If so, how old is the child(ren)?
Generally speaking once they hit 13-15, lenders start dropping out.

Thank you for your response. It is child maintenance and she’s 11 at the moment, 12 this summer. I had been told before that some lenders won’t accept it after 13 years which is why I was hoping to get on the ladder as soon as I can.
