Companies irresponsible lending

Hello,
I'm recently discharged and doing the cleanup process. Two of my creditors have sent me emails regarding their irresponsible lending and to submit a claim, this is a group thing currently with prudential who run satsuma loans. I had several loans with them including two active ones when I went bankrupt.
I read that if you make a complaint about irresponsible lending the company should remove any negative data from your credit file to do with the loan.
I just wanted to ask is this the same case with bankruptcy. If they accept the loan was irresponsible and my complaints upheld are they then obliged to remove the default from my credit file?
It wouldn't make much of a difference as still have several others and the BR for another 5 years but two less defaults can't hurt.

It won't make the blindest bit of difference if you have bankruptcy sitting on your credit file.
I'd not bother expending any energy, even typing out an email, given that it will have no impact on anything. It's just a waste of your time and theirs.0
