For some reason it won't let me post all the T&Cs this week, says it's 2035 characters too long despite it being exactly the same length as all the previous weeks I've posted. I've posted the weekly dates & prize amounts in the post below.

Terms & Conditions

1. The Promoter: Mars Wrigley Confectionery UK Limited, 3D Dundee Road, Slough, Berkshire, SL1 4LG.
2. Eligibility: This promotion is open to UK residents, aged 18 years or over at the date of entry, excluding employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, associated agents or anyone professionally connected with the draw.
3. Promotional Period: The promotion will run from 00:00:01 on 01.02.2021 to 23:59:59 on 02.05.2021.
4. Entry Instructions: To enter, text WINCASH to 60163. No purchase necessary. Participants submitting a valid text entry will receive a text message thanking them for entering the promotion. Time taken to receive this text message may vary. A text entry will be charged at your standard network rate (and may not be included within any free text packages). Please check with the bill payer before sending a text entry. Promotion will be advertised in participating Poundland and B&M stores, although availability of in-store promotional materials may vary per store.
5. A maximum of one entry can be submitted per person per weekly draw.
6. Winner selection is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into, except with the winners. Unsuccessful entries in a weekly draw will not be carried forward to subsequent weekly prize draws. Each prize draw will take place on the Monday after the week in which entries were received (if a bank holiday falls on the Monday, draws will take place on the Tuesday).
7. Bulk entries, entries submitted via agents, third parties, organised groups or those automatically generated by computer will not be accepted, but may still be charged. Entries received by any other means (e.g. post) will be rejected. Any person persistently trying to circumvent the entry process will be disqualified immediately.
8. In the event of a mobile phone being lost, stolen or damaged or a number being changed, the Promoter is unable to retrieve or transfer an existing entry to a new mobile number.
9. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Promoter and its agents assume no responsibility and are not liable for any person whose mobile phone is used to enter without the owner's permission. The bill payer is accepted as the entrant and should their mobile number be selected as a winner they will be the sole claimant of the prize.
10. Prize Redemption: The four prize winners selected in a weekly draw will be contacted via the mobile phone number used to enter the promotion and asked to confirm bank account details within 7 days. A cash prize will be sent to a winner via BACS transfer within 28 days of them providing bank account details to the Promoter. In the event that the Promoter is unable to contact a winner within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner from all valid entries in that weekly prize draw, with the originally selected winner forfeiting their right to the prize.
11. Prizes are as stated, are not for exchange and no other prize alternatives are available. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter, a prize will only be awarded directly to the entrant responsible for the mobile phone number against which the winning text entry was registered.
12. General: The Promoter is not responsible for any entries/claims which fail to be registered or are delayed for any technical or other reason whatsoever.
13. The winners' mobile phone numbers will be retained for 30 days after the conclusion of the Promotional Period to allow the Promoter to notify winners and arrange for the delivery of cash prizes via bank transfer. A winner can request for their phone number, (and/or bank account details) to be deleted before the expiry of this period by writing to Discounters Text 2 Win Details Deletion, c/o Ben Reedman, Mars Wrigley Confectionery UK Ltd, 3D Dundee Road, Slough SL1 4LG, although the Promoter cannot be held responsible if such request means that it is unable to complete the BACS transfer of that winner’s cash prize.
14. Except where the prize winner has notified the Promoter that they do not want their details shared, the prize winners’ details (abbreviated name and county of residence only) will be available for a period of 30 days by sending a stamped addressed envelope to Discounters Text 2 Win Winners c/o Ben Reedman, Mars Wrigley Confectionery UK Ltd, 3D Dundee Road, Slough SL1 4LG, between 05.05.2021 – 05.06.2021.
15. The prize winners may be asked to take part in reasonable publicity in connection with the promotion with no recompense, during the 30-day period referenced in Condition 15 when their details are being retained, except where a prize winner has requested for their details not to be publicised.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for a winner's identity details (which they must provide within 14 days but which will not be retained following verification by the Promoter) and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw the prize entitlement and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of the entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.
17. The Promoter is not responsible in the event that (i) a weekly prize winner fails to receive their text notification for any reason, or (iii) a prize winner fails to receive their cash prize as a result of having provided incorrect bank account details.
18. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of prizes, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend the promotion or amend these terms and conditions, at any stage, with no liability to any entrants or third parties, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect in order to avoid undue disappointment.
19. This promotion and these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the parties to any dispute or action shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
20. Participation in the promotion shall constitute an entrant's acceptance of these terms and conditions and their agreement to be bound by them.
21. Any personal details provided by unsuccessful entrants when participating in the promotion will be used for administrative purposes only and will be deleted once prizes have been allocated to the winners. The winners' details will be held and subsequently deleted in accordance with Condition 15.
