Remortgaging, investments & risk

I have 1 x residential and 3 x BTL mortgages. I always remortgage after fixed terms to secure best rates. I've never held any additional investments bar my BTLs, however this year I intend to start putting my savings to work, possibly/probably putting quite significant amounts into a stocks and shares ISA and putting more into my work place pension.
When I remortgage, will the stocks and shares ISA be looked on in a neutral, positive or negative manner from lenders in terms of assessing my risk? Although the sums won't be significant to many on here, I'd probably look to invest £15k into the ISA during 21/22 and another £15k during 22/23.

Your savings aren't of interest to a lender. You could spend, gift or gamble the money away and there's nothing the lender can do.2

I'd added that even if the banks were to look at additional savings then investing more and having assets build of in stocks and shares ISAs is only going to be positive, but as mentioned above they'll be looking at the borrowing and ability to service that debt by rentals i'd expect on the BTLs.1

What they said. The bank doesn't care either way.1
