Credit Card Bank Transfer on Statement

I have a mortgage application going in this week - AIP approved. I have just realised the very first transaction on my 3 months bank statement is a bank transfer from a Credit Card and am now worried this will be viewed dimly by the mortgage company. I don't know why I took it out - it was a 0% offer and I was expecting a pay rise which hadn't gone through payroll in time so I took the offer. I didn't need it and it was paid off in full in January. I have no other debt and no balance on either of my credit cards.
Could this cause a mortgage decline?

@kpw93 Based on the limited information in your post, it shouldn't be an issue if it's now paid off.
