CGT - allowable expenses

Apart from buying/selling costs etc, do the following qualify as allowable expenses on a BTL:
Extension of lease (premium paid and costs associated such as solicitors/surveyors)
New door
New double glazed windows (previous windows single glazed)
New floor (ie replacing carpets with laminates)

Thanks - and sorry forgot to mention - I put in a damp proof course as the prop had damp when I bought it.  Does the damp proof course and the resultant decorations (plastering the walls and then painting them) qualify as a deduction for CGT?
