If I do get a workplace pension, can I still add to the nest to top up overall, or would I be better combining?
Yes, or you can transfer into the new workplace pension if you wish. Which is best depends on investments offered and how they meet your requirements, and the charges. You can always keep your Nest pension, if you wish, even if your new workplace uses a different company. At that point it is worth making sure you get autoenrolled into the new company scheme, even if your start salary is below the compulsory autoenrollment limit, as employers often pay in (free money) and may also be able to negotiate lower fees on some schemes than you would get doing your own thing.

I think you’ve replied to me by mistake. If you add this to your own new thread then you shouldn’t get missed. Well worth doing as I’ve had some great advice on here so far and made more progress in two days than I have in twenty years! Hope you get the help you need.Fintytin said:Hi, I have a small pension I'm trying to access. Its £15000.
