CCJ without Default

Hi Everyone,
Does anyone know the process for a creditor obtaining a CCJ.
I have settled a CCJ and the creditor has agreed to a consent order for removal (ongoing).
The creditor has marked my account on my credit report as settled but every month from last month back to 2018 is showing as 6 late payment every month.
Should they of defaulted me after the first 6 months missed.
My credit report would benefit from it being defaulted back in 2018. And it is a true reflection of events.
Has anyone come accross this as i need to convince the creditor to default me as recent late payments are worse than a 3 year old default.
Thanks
