Marriage Tax Allowance - Help getting out with a company

My brother foolishly fell for this company:

marriagetaxrefund.co.uk

Now we're trying to lose all connection with them. The good news is that he's already on the marriage allowance code and has been fore a few years but didn't know it. HRMC have said that it's unlikely that we'll be owed any amount for marriage tax allowance. But we just don't any connection to this company anymore.

The terms and conditions on their site are pretty horrible and I just want to know how we should proceed?

Their T&Cs don't seem particularly horrific.
Firstly you need to contact HMRC and remove their authorisation to act for you
You then need to contact the scammers agents in writing, keeping a copy and proof of postage as evidence, and inform them that as you have found you are not entitled to any refunds you are revoking their authorisation to act for you with immediate effect and that you have already informed HMRC of that decision noting that under their T&Cs no money is owed to them.

They've contacted my brother by email recently so I assume email will suffice?
