Do we need to wait until this is approved before making a claim? I am currently paying off a loan with provident but also used them for years. I recieved the letter but confused on how to apply for the refund.

I took out a provy loan in 2012 and never paid it back yet I received this letter in the post. Not sure what I would be claiming back seeing as I never paid anything!

Anyway, the timeline is too long to get involved in these type of cases as they go on for years.
