What to include on a budget?

I feel like I'm missing something. It's to prove we can financially manage while I finish my maternity leave. So far I have all direct debit from our accounts, so every bill we pay every month, plus a food budget, fuel, school expenses and a miscellaneous treat budget. Is there anything else anyone would suggest? I don't want this to be the reason we get declined! Thanks!!

Normally they probably don't but I've been asked to prove how we plan to cover ourselves financially, so I've prepared one just in case they decide they want it.0

Yes we have around 4k, roughly half of which we will use to cover my wages until I go back.0
