Hi Everyone,
I having probably going to go bankrupt in the next month and currently living at home with my parents. I don't want them to know I am doing this as they are both elderly & my dad very ill. I have nothing linked to them as I am only living there and none of the bills are in my name. Would there ever be a case of my parents being contacted by the official receiver to ask financial questions etc as I know its not good to keep things from family, but in this case I don't want them finding out.

I cannot think of any reasons why your parents would be contacted however mail will come from the OR office and not sure if there is anything on the envelope.
Someone else may remember..my BR was 9 years ago.0 -
I submited my BR over 3 months ago. Never received any postal mail at my address from the OR. All done via email correspondence for me.0

No reason for your parents to be contacted. Forms are sent out by email now where possible so as long you can print them out to sign there’s no need for any post to be sent to you.0
