Mother’s Day flowers

I ordered and paid for mother’s Day flowers from lovelyFloraworld.com two bunches because they were on sale.I ordered them both for the delivery date of Saturday the 13th of March 2021 and on Thursday 11th of March 2021 One of the bunches of flowers arrived.  It was two days early but that’s okay because they still look great today Tuesday. However the second bunch has not been delivered yet and I usually get a message from Royal mail to say if they have a parcel for me so I’m guessing they haven’t even been dispatched yet I first contacted them on Facebook through messenger with my query after getting no response the next day I discovered they no longer on Facebook so I contacted them through their website twice and I’ve now sent a letter to the business address explaining that I no longer want the flowers but I want a refund instead. I think people should be aware when ordering from this company lovely Flora world they take way more orders and they can process or deliver on time.
