New job tax code help

Apologies if this is the wrong place to ask for help.
I recently finished a temporary role on Feb 5 and then started a new permanent job on March 8.
I got my P45 a couple of weeks ago and sent it to my new employer.
On my on-line tax code for my new job it has a DOX which looks like as the system thinks I have two jobs - which I don't.
Am worried am going to get huge amount of tax as a result  - have been trying to get through on both the phone and chat for days with no result as I either get cut off or have to carry on with my job!
Any other tips of  how to try and sort it out?
