I understand that you’d prefer to stay, but you don’t earn enough money as a family to live in your current house once your mortgage is due.
Maybe someone else can think of a route to delay your exit further, but I’m afraid that I can’t.
Your daughter choosing to have a baby when facing homelessness is going to make things harder, but hopefully her partner will be taking care of her once their baby is born.

If the house needs to be sold. Could you rent with the leftover equity until everybody are back up on their feets to live independently?1

When you extended the mortgage by a couple of years you surely knew at that point that you were going to have to make plans to leave the home?
You need to start looking at getting the house ready to put for sale to achieve the best price possible.
You can't afford to stay there so your only other option really is to get the best price possible for the house so that you have as much money as possible available to find somewhere decent and suitable to rent.
As much as it is lovely that you have all of the family under one roof, now is really the time to be thinking about how you and your husband are going to manage to live the rest of your lives together. It is time for the kids to fly the nest.1
