Coventry Building Society

Hi! I am looking for some advice please.
I submitted a Decision In Principle (DIP) through my mortgage adviser to Coventry Building Society, which was referred and subsequently approved. The search is now showing on Clear Score as a hard search.

Are DIP’s usually a hard search? And does this mean once my full mortgage application is submitted this week I will be subject to another hard search with them or will they just need all the relevant documentation to verify what I said?

@sister98 A Coventry DIP through a broker is a hard footprint. When the same DIP is progressed to an FMA, there won't be an additional hard search.
