NT tax code

Please I have a question for the gurus in the house.  I went bankrupt on May 11 2020 and the OR told me I will be placed on NT tax code and I am supposed to be paying £200 for tax and £150  for IPA. I will be discharged on May 11th 2021 and up till now my new tax code has not been applied.  I have emailed the OR three times regarding this and I was asked not to worry that they are aware of it. I currently pay £150 to Advantis for IPA and I still pay more than £400 in PAYE. I submit my payslip to Advantis every month to confirm my tax code has not changed.  I want to know if I am going to get a refund from HMRC at the end of my bankruptcy.
