some advice here please

a couple of days ago, someone posted a thread about digital keyrings from a company called !!!!!!!!!.com , I along with other ppl from here ordered some. Later that day, someone else advertised them, and the thread had several replies stating it was spam and the thread got removed. On another thread, the companys name has been replaced with a row of !!!!!!!!!, now I'm started to get a bit concerned - the company seemed ok to me, I paid with paypal, I just don't understand why the threads keep getting deleted when that companys name is mentioned and if there is anything I should be doing about trying to get my money back if I need to.

if anyone could give any advice I really would appreciate it.

just come to update that i have had an email stating shipped and noticed my post has been amended to !!!!!!!!!!! - surely if it's possible the MSE's are being conned it should be left otherwise how are ppl to help out in the event of a query like mine? I was not the only person who ordered from them.

Sites that have the !!!!!!!.com are normally banned as a result of spamming by one or more individual, it rare to be banned straight away the odd post, its usually loads of posts or several attempts by the same individual using multiple usernames

One thing is though...how do other MSE'ers know the name of the firm to watch out for if it's been obliterated by !!!!!!? It's like me writing a sentence an! !!! !!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!! !!!?!! see what I mean? There should be a thread here somewhere of all those firms/dodgy operators who advertise but don't deliver.

thats exactley my point Mike, I have asked for advice about a site that i purchased something from that was advertised on here, but no-one has a flipping clue who I am talking about!
