    Sadly I can't answer this since I didn't buy an Express, ....

    .... but the Star offer for the Rustlers BBQ RIB Sandwich does have a barcode - starts 99 but ends with a value of 000 - usually means you must use in the specified 2 for 1 mode and operator will enter discount value accordingly.
    I'd guess the Panini will be the same

    Bought ONE of these today at Tesco (didn't read the 'bogof bit'). Scanned at £2.29, so probably would be OK without buying the product.
