are there any buy to let mortgages that will let you take a mortgage out up till the age of 85/90 with a 20% deposit.

Accord i think go to 85 with 20% deposit at moment. Rates aren't very attractive though. And last time i checked one the fees were so high they almost accounted for an extra 5% anyway so my client pushed to 75% ltv to get better deals0
