Working from home - tax relief when employed AND self employed?

Hi,
I'm hoping some one can help advise what to do?
I'm currently in paid employment for 4 days and have had to work from home since October during the pandemic. My fifth day is self employed and I've had little to no business. I'm looking at applying for the tax relief for working from home for just my employed job (as it feels like there's no point with my self employed job!). I work for a charity so don't feel comfortable approaching them directly to back pay the £6 per week for the last 6 months.
I'm checking the .gov.uk micro service and it asks "Do you complete a self assessment return?" which I do for my self employed job. But I only want the money back for the employed job, so do I tick "YES" or "NO" to this question?
Thanks in advance.

You tick "yes", because a self assessment tax return form includes all income, whatever the reason for having to complete one, and it is on the tax return (employment pages) that you make your claim, not the micro service.2

You do realise the working from home allowance has been scrapped (or is to be).0

It's an old thread resurrected by what looks to be a spammer. I do wish the forum software had some means to highlight where a post was written multiple years ago. I'm usually confused at least a couple of times a week until I spot the dates of the thread's postsIsthisforreal99 said:You do realise the working from home allowance has been scrapped (or is to be).
