Dolly's Getting to Goal Weight and Staying There Diary

So I've always been a person who has struggled with my weight.
A yo-yo dieter you would call me who has tried every plan and nothing has ever worked - my fault cos I just wasn't really in the 'zone' as they say and was kidding myself on if I'm being honest.
I started Exante which is a meal replacement plan which I know a lot will not agree with but I managed to lose most of my weight and it just really worked for me being so restricted.
I went from 16st 11lbs to 10st 4lbs but since November 2020 I've been back to my old ways and I am now 11st 6lbs.
This is going to be my place to be accountable and detail my journey to goal weight and then the challenge of finding the right way for me to maintain.
Plan is to have a blow out this weekend then get on plan on Monday, I have a load of products to use up.
