Help with my ccj for mortage

Hi me and my partner have been given a DIP with Barclays Bank. My partner has a ccj from 2015 which was satisfied in 2019 will this effect us in our application? Also what else do they look out for and what are you most likely to be declined for after been given the DIP?

Help me please
thankyou

@taylerhale It may or may not have been picked up at DIP stage. From memory, I think the form (at least the broker one) does ask for whether any applicant has ever had a CCJ. Not sure if it's the same direct.
Does it show on all your credit files? It must be close to falling off soon.
On the positive side, the CCJ appears to fall outside Barclay's "must decline" criteria which is -
    - Any unsatisfied CCJ
    OR
    - More than 1 satisfied CCJ and the latest registered within 3 years
    OR
    - Satisfied CCJs totalling more than £200 and the latest is registered within 3 years

Just have a look at lending criteria’s, if you’re not on the auto decline lists and everything else is in order, then no reason for an underwriter to decline you.

By default the CCJ will fall off the Registry Trust after 6 years.
