Wrong loan amount & purchase price on Aldermore mortgage offer and valuation - help!

Our broker said Aldermore received the amendement request on Thursday morning. They said up to 48 hours - he's just said they're stretching this at the moment from being busy, so said to maybe expect something Monday/Tuesday.

Offer Accepted: 28th Jan
Illustration: 29th Jan
Valuation instructed: 10th Feb
Valuation accepted: 22nd Feb
Mortgage accepted: 8th March

Update - Aldermore apparently only valued the house for £140k, so now we've had to contact seller and let them know.
Now we wait to see what they say... really frustrated though as you can imagine.
