Mortgage company changed...do I have a contract with new company without my approval

My mortgage company has given my mortgage to the Swinton.... do I have to legally pay them as my contract is with Amber homeloans?????

    Yes, of course you do. Why would they buy your mortgage if you didn't have to pay them?

    The T&C you agreed to will have included the usual right to assign the mortgage agreement without your consent.
    So yes, your agreement remains in force and yes you still have to pay it to whom ever they have assigned the agreement...

    Your contract will include a clause allowing the sale of your mortgage to another party. Certainly wasn't given away.
