medication for chronic pain being withheld

  • Appreciate your response, Teapot55. Will make a note, but don't really want to bother 111, plus I've had Healthwatch suggested on the first thread and can see very clear grounds for complaint. For health's sake, prefer to try to avoid any bigger complaints, so am going to call gp surgery tomorrow, to see if emailing a local complaint regarding gp/staff involved can be enough. I'll not avoid if a complaint has to go further in order to reliably secure medications, but fingers crossed that making issues known to practice manager is enough.
