MAJOR SEARCH FAULT FIXED?

For many months, SEARCH has only been updated once each day around 7:30pm.
Imagine my surprise when at 12:48pm today I did a search and the first entry was:

... so search successfully found a comp posted less than 15 minutes earlier. The possibility that this major fault has been fixed has really cheered me up.

Please can regular searchers test it out and report below to see if it works for their routine searches and continues in a stable and reliable fashion.

Thanks One-Eye, I've just searched for 'gin', and it's picked up your first post on the forum, Spar posted at 2.34pm.
It definitely appears that things are looking up!

Now we need subcategories not to be automatically included but to be optional.
