I wondered if anyone has any more information re: the Government Funded Adult Learning Courses, as the government website doesn't really give any idea of how to apply for these and they are meant to start in April 2021.

There is a list of the courses available here:
https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/qualifications-in-new-funded-offers
I guess you need to see what qualification you are interested in and then find a provider who runs that course. You would apply directly through them.1
