    I received an email from Hertz, charging me £3, and my initial reaction was that it must be a scam!

    It's a bit of a cheek, and I've cancelled my membership. I wonder where I'll hire a van from next time I need one for a few hours.
    No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?
