Hi I've just had a call from an analyst from the ORs office. She said she needs to speak to me for about 20 minutes about my debts so she can pass on info to creditors. I'm at work so asked if she could call Thursday when I was at home.
She said no this needs to be done as soon as possible so I've had to organise it for my lunch hour. She was a bit uppity with me, I said I have no documents with me and she said I don't need them. I'm feeling a bit stressed and pressured now and am struggling to concentrate at work. Does anyone know if this is my actual OR interview or something that they usually do before.
 Thanks
