Cycle 2 work scheme Hire Agreement

I agreed to a salary sacrifice for the cycle to work scheme but shortly after, I was offered a job with a new employer and resigned before I signed the
C2W Hire Agreement.
I’ve already had 3 months of deductions from my payroll but haven’t redeemed my Letter of Collection and as I say, haven’t signed the Hire Agreement. My employer is deliberating whether I can cancel this arrangement. Do I have any reasonable grounds to have this cancelled given I haven’t signed the Hire Agreement?
thanks.

Presumably the company hasn't actually paid anything and the bike shop will cancel the order?
What have the C2W provider said when you asked them?0
