DWP Work Coach - situational judgement test help

Currently applying for a work coach role and ive got to do the situational judgement test
Theres a lot of stuff Ive found "help wise" about this but not so much about specifics and in depth advice
I applied for a work coach role before and failed the test so looking for as much help as i can get before i do it again
Anyone doing or done this recently and passed it? If so what advice or help would you offer to fellow applicants?

Without knowing the 'situation' it's difficult to advise. Basically avoid jumping to conclusions and/or being judgemental. A work coach is there to help the claimant, but not to assist in making false claims. As an extreme example, don't suggest that somebody who has been out of work for an extended period is a waster and doesn't want to work.
