Is 90% LTV mortgage possible with 11 missed payments 3 years ago

Hi,
I would appreciate any advice on this. Between 2017/2018 I missed 11 payments on different Credit Cards. 10 show as 1 on the credit report and 1 shows as 2 (assuming this means months missed?)
The latest being March 2018. No CCJs or Defaults. I am looking for a mortgage with partner with a 10% deposit of £25k on a £250k house. My partners record is clean, no missed payments/ defaults/ CCJs.
We have a combined salary of £75500 and around £5k outstanding on a loan.

Is this possible with high street rates or will we need a adverse broker?

Thanks
