Broken bridge - how much to repair/replace?

A question for Toothsmith, even a rough guess would be great and let me get the financial wheels rolling.
As always, these things happen at the weekend, I will be calling my dentist tomorrow to forewarn her, I already have an appointment on 1 April about something else. I am not even sure if she does this kind of work.
Bridge of 3 teeth in upper, the peg on the left is gone and that tooth is beyond repair but the right hand peg is still OK as are the other 2 teeth on the bridge.
The root work on the broken peg has already been done so I am geussing that it should just need a new peg fitted.
The set is a different matter, I am not sure if the tooth that has all the damage can be replaced by building a new one into the existing bridge or if the whole thing will need to be replaced.

This is impossible to guess without knowing exactly what has to be done.I'm pretty certain the old bridge won't fit back on well enough, so at the very least you'll need a new one. It is also quite questionable whether the broken tooth could be used again to support a bridge, especially if it's been root filled. The 'peg' will have been starting to fail for a while before it broke, and that might have allowed re-infection of the root treated support. It might be that that tooth will need extracting?
Whether other teeth could be used to support a bigger bridge, or whether implants may be better? Or whether a denture might be more suitable? There are just too many unknowns until you've seen your dentist. How to find a dentist.
1. Get recommendations from friends/family/neighbours/etc.
2. Once you have a short-list, VISIT the practices - dont just phone. Go on the pretext of getting a Practice Leaflet.
3. Assess the helpfulness of the staff and the level of the facilities.
4. Only book initial appointment when you find a place you are happy with.1 -
Thanks, I only asked to give me a 'ballpark' figure but I kind of guessed that there would be too many variables.
The broken peg was probably damaged a few years ago when I was assaulted and received a hard punch on the jaw that drove it up into the bridge where the porcelin on that end was broken off.
I had switched dentists and my new one was seeing it for the first time and advised back then to leave it.
I have so very few real teeth left in my upper jaw so I don't know what could be done.
As I said in my first post, I am not sure if she does this kind of work, I also doubt if I will get an earlier appointment so will need to wait until April.
Thanks again for taking the time to answer.0
