Can anyone advise if the net weekly earnings for loss of wages is net of just tax and NI or should it include student loan and employee pension contributions?
Thank you in advance for your help.

Thank you I had already read this and it does not mention student loans repayments and how to deal with them.0

I would include student loan and pension contributions. Pension loss is often included where a defined benefit pension existed, the loss of this can be substantial. If the other party doesn’t agree they can submit a counter schedule.0

great thank you. Their counter schedule did ignore both which is why I raised the query. Waiting for a reply now from the respondents solicitor.0
