Erudio - website down and no emails

Erudio usually send an email around early Feb for me to arrange deferral of my loan.
It hasn't come this year and I have just checked their website to find it down with only a phone number there.
Anyone else received any recent correspondence from them? I''m based overseas and their hard copy arrives a few weeks after deferral date every year.

Was working last week, my deferral went through as usual. (recieved the paper letter yesterday)(specifics on the other dates were 24th email, 26th email saying it was done).

I'm sure it will just be weekend work and it will be up again tomorrow.

Websites often do maintenance at weekends, try again tomorrow, and call if not? (appreciate overseas will cost, not sure what to suggest there, VOIP service?)
