Mums reached state pension her partner has not how will his ESA income based support group be affected by her receiving the state pension she will start getting she has been told in April this year but any information has been slow coming and she is desperately worried as to the affect it will have her partner is disabled and receives pip and ESA income based with support group enhancement { claiming as a couple married } will they end up a lot worse off what can they do or should do to get the best for them . As said she has tried to get information but has got very sketchy info . Anyone who has experience or knows anything about this subject with clarity would be greatly received . im guessing this should be in pensions sorry if this is not right .

This may be one for the Benefits section of the forum, some very knowledgeable posters over there who could probably help.......Gettin' There, Wherever There is......
I have a dodgy "i" key, so ignore spelling errors due to "i" issues, ...I blame Apple

Might be some pointers in the above under If your partner has reached state pension age.

I'd just copy & paste your post into a new thread on the Benefits section, and leave a note on this thread that you've posted on Benefits board, that way you'll cover the issue from the pensions and benefits anglelost_and_lonely_in_every said:Thanks how do i move it to that section please ?
