Deferred State Pension Date

I reached State Pension age on May 2020 and decided to put off claiming my State Pension in order to increase payments. Now I want to start claiming it today by applying online. I came across the following question:
"According to the information you have given us, your State Pension Date is May 2020. If do not want your State Pension from this date, tell us different date"
I am not sure which date should I put; today date 6/3/2021 or May 2020? Many thanks

Do you want to back date the start date or accept the deferral?
I think that is what is meant.1 -

I think that is what is meant but with such a big decision personally I would double check with DWP first.1
