Hi Looking for a list of mortgage providers who will lend to a discharged bankrupt after being discharged for three years. I have found a guide from 2019 from Which but was hoping for a more recent list. Thanks in advance

@tilleygreen There's a long list of lenders who may consider BR applicants who have been discharged for 3+ years. I'm not aware of an accurate public list but some of the more well know ones are - Nationwide, Teachers, WestBrom, Principality, Nottingham, Metro, etc.For the avoidance of doubt, all BR applications will be subject to individual assessment, no two lenders will treat it the same way, and (from experience) a lot of mainstream lenders who (as per criteria) say they will consider BRs will only really consider an application at a low LTV and the case stacking up exceptionally well.

agree with the above. Take their 'consideration' with a pinch of salt. Needs to be a case for a broker who fancies a bit of legwork to find a lender interested as you'll get an awful lot of Yes's on criteria and No in real life with this sort of case.0
