LBS final offer checks

Hi,
I submitted some extra documents to Leeds Building Society earlier this week as part of my mortgage application (just confirmation of savings which weren’t asked for on my initial document request list).
My application has now been passed for final offer checks.
Does anyone know what this means? Is this basically a stage where a whole host of details are checked or is it just a few specific checks that they only perform once other checks have been deemed ok?
Thanks

Final checks suggests your application has reached underwriter review stage.0

Ok that’s make sense.
Would you know what part of the process validations and to do lists are done? Is that done prior to the underwriter, and they just do the final assessment?
Reason for asking is that last week, there was a previous thread on this, my valuation was down valued and the new documents and also a new product submitted as a result. I wasn’t sure if by getting to final checks this mean the underwriters had already done some form of re-review before passing to final checks.0
