Adverse credit 90% LTV mortgage

Looking for some advice, we are currently saving up to buy our first home. Not so perfect credit history, my husband has x2 late mobile phone payments within the last year (March & April 2020). My credit is unfortunately a lot worse.... x2 CCJs (Aug 2018 & Jan 2019) 1 settled, 1 unsettled and x2 defaults (Nov & Dec 2018).
We both have stable jobs, I work for the NHS with a 42k basic plus additional 8k in my second job on the nurse bank. My husband earns 40k with a 2k annual bonus. I have fell in love with a 200k house but currently only have 21k saved towards our deposit. Given the above situation do we have any hope of obtaining a mortgage with only 10% deposit?
Many thanks

no idea if you'd get accepted but definitely consider paying the remaining debt off as that will have a big impact

No chance at high street interest rates.

I just got a 90% ltv offer with Aldermore, speak to a mortgage advisor that specialises in adverse and they should be able to check your eligibility - good luck 😊

@sophma1 It's hard to say with the limited info in your post, but on the face if it you are unlikely to qualify for mainstream rates at 90% LTV. If you are willing to consider higher rates, then there may be options but it depends on the specifics. I would recommend getting in touch with a broker who can give you a realistic idea of your chances.

Thanks for the response. I am expecting higher rates but wasn't sure if my small deposit was quite unrealistic.
