Simple estimate company car tax calculator

Hi

I've looked around but cant find a decent way to get an estimate of the company car tax my wife would pay
She currently has a company car and due to change in a few months so we know how much she is paying now.
Is there a very simple workaround based on a cars list price and CO2 ?
