@dobbiesloan A little tip that always seems to work for me with the catcha.... click refresh on the catcha until you get only numerals e.g. 97888 etc. This accepts it every time for me.dobbiesloan said:IGAVE UP WITH THE CATCHA
The combination of letters and numerals never seems to work for me so this is a way round it for me

I think the reason for the captur failure is the response time from the Waitrose site, it needs a bit of time to "think".
If you wait for about 7/8 seconds i.e. count up in thousands till you get to about "eight thousand" then press enter, it usually goes through whatever the code is.8 -
I also find if you use the top numbers not the keypad numbers it works better dont ask me why3
